I thought there was an animal in my dryer vent so I appreciated the very quick response from Tammy to get someone to check it out for me. Turned out to just be a little tree frog but a big thank you to David for the very thorough inspection and removal of said frog :)

First, booking an appointment with Amy was so fast and easy — thank you. My tech, Robbie was absolutely fantastic. He took care of a very large in-ground yellow jacket nest in my backyard for me. So professional, so courteous and so communicative — an excellent experience. The price was also very, very fair. Robbie even called the next day to make sure everything was good. I can’t say enough good things about Robbie and Quick Catch. I highly recommend!!!

Ryan H. From Quick Catch did a fantastic job efficiently trapping some animals that were burrowing around the foundation of our home. As an animal lover I appreciated his concern for their humane capture and handling. He came to get them quickly when a capture happened and ensured they were shaded from the sun, etc. I chose this company because they advertised as a humane trapper and absolutely felt like they exemplified that through the process. raccoon in attic total hustle Caution!!! they won’t show up unless they get your credit card. They showed up, put out a broken trap. Got me to sign a contract. Told me they’ll check the trap & put a camera on the trap (nxt day) and then hustled me for more money to close up attic. next day, no camera They put honey buns in the trap. The trap was closed no raccoon honey bun still in the trap. I called them no answer I reset the trap, realizing it was rusty and not working properly Call them again next day check the trap trap was closed again no animal inside honey buns still there 3 times I did this! called no answer, they had got me to sign a contract and we’re trying to hustle me for more money to seal up the attic The guy told me they were having company problems with people being fired. I ended up, sealing up the attic vents myself. The trap never worked bought my own trap and told them to get theirs off my property. It didn’t work. It was a piece of junk & no camera & no show 3 days in a row. Very nice man but he dropped the snake and I paid 495 and snake is still in my house thanks for ripping off my 85 year old mother you crooks DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We are extremely disappointed with Quick Catch Animal Control Services. We reached out last week for help trapping a raccoon that has repeatedly been using our pool as its bathroom. They came out on Wednesday and set one trap, advising us they would return every 2 days to check and reset it if needed. They also told us that if the trap closed, we should call them and they would come sooner to reset it since we are not allowed to touch the trap ourselves. Unfortunately, the very first night, the raccoon was clever enough to avoid getting trapped, but the trap still closed and became unusable. We called both Thursday and Friday requesting someone come reset it, and each time we were assured someone would come out. No one ever showed up. It has now been almost a week since the trap was placed, and it has been unusable since the very first day. Meanwhile, the raccoon continues coming into our backyard nightly. To make matters worse, this service was pretty pricey for what it is, especially considering they failed to provide the follow-up service they promised. Poor communication and lack of follow-through made this an incredibly frustrating experience, and we would not recommend them based on our experience. UPDATE: After I left my original review, the owner personally came out the very same day to address the situation. They reset the original trap and added a second trap in an effort to correct the experience. I do appreciate that they took the review seriously and made an effort to turn things around. The good news is that after the traps were properly reset and repositioned, the raccoon we had been dealing with was successfully trapped that very same night. While I still stand by my frustration regarding the lack of follow-through and communication during the first several days, I do want to acknowledge that they ultimately responded, took action, and resolved the issue.

Chris was very professional and polite in helping me rid my house of a pest. You can really tell how much he cares about animals. He says that he does this work for the exposure to animals. He showed great care in securing & releasing the pest back into the preserve in my backyard. Robbie was also very informative in keeping me updated. In all, it took an hour to complete from phone call to pest release. Highly recommend this company, and Will use them again if I have another pest problem.

Very quick response and professional.

It's a good company if you need to catch a raccoon or a possum in your backyard. But if you have rats, mice or squirrels that are in your attic they immediately turn a "catching" job into a multi thousand dollar "rodent proofing job". We had a rat in the house. And we simply wanted to catch the rat. That was the objective of the entire job.But they come out and turn it into $4,500 "rodent proofing" estimate with no guarantee of actually catching the rat. Of course we didn't pay that.. We simply thanked them for their time, paid the $89 service fee and ordered a $20 rodent trap off amazon and caught it and saved $4,480 dollars. So just keep that in mind, they don't actually catch rodents.They try to upsell you on super expensive rodent proofing…

Robert (Robbie) arrived on time and in full/clean Quick Catch uniform. Very professional while being very personable. Listened to me, we walked property, then we developed best possible plan for capturing and releasing bothersome armadillo. We will check in with each other every 3 to 4 days until issue remedied/resolved. I would and will recommend both Quick Catch and Robbie to any and all. Thanks to both.

The results speak for themselves.. he had an armadillo safely and ethically trapped within 8 hours. He arrived first thing the next morning to remove and relocate the animal, then adjusted the trap to account for any additional armadillos that may follow. I had a fox that was hunting in my chicken coop by daylight with no fear of humans. The guys were out that afternoon putting out a trap in a place that I “knew” was the wrong spot. Until I had them back out a few days later to take the fox and her kits away safely and moved them to a place safer from humans and safer for my flock. Thank you very much.
