From day one when I first spoke with Mitchell from Quick catch he was on point, attentive, and helpful. As soon as he came in very quickly, he accessed all of my concerns, and went above and beyond to communicate with the property manager to get all problems fixed. Paid thousands to have the house Rodent proofed. An opossum broke through the soffit, and I had it repaired for $400.
Then an opossum broke through my metal soffit, first was plastic soffit. By repairing it I voided my warranty.
Didn’t like the Warranty getting voided.

Highly recommend Quick Catch. Michael came out on a Sunday within an hour or calling with our critter problem. He was such a professional and told us he may not be able to grab the animal (squirrel) before it runs out. And guess what?? He did!!! And even stopped to let the kids see. Call them for any needs!!

Michael arrived on time and was absolutely outstanding in regards to professionalism and customer service. He explained his plan and captured 12 juvenile diamondbacks over the next two hours. Michael was polite and patient at all times. Well done Quick Catch – very fair price and excellent job all the way around!

The answer is yes! Was told it would be 19 minutes until they arrived, they were here in 15 minutes. Christopher was Wonderful! I was a nervous wreck and he was calm and patient with me through my full on anxiety. Removed the snake and then educated 2 inquisitive neighborhood children about the type, what, they eat and their anatomy! Treated my property and gave me a strong idea of where in the local environment they may be coming from! I HOPE I DON’T NEED THEN AGAIN BUT IF I DO I WILL BE 100% CALLING QUICK CATCH!

My wife and I got squirrels in out attic, I called Quick Catch and they had two gentlemen out that afternoon and found where they were entering in through my soffit. The next day David came out and secured entry ways and set a trap. Three days later David came back, got the trap and secured the last entry way into our attic. Here is just one of the multiple unwanted visitors Quick Catch was able to remove with traps. These guys were getting under the hood of our vehicle and causing major damage! Mitchell and Hunter came out and set up traps and we had immediate success in capturing these rotten rascals! We live in a new build and ants had gotten into every room of the house – including upstairs. Mitchell came out and quickly and professionally assessed and treated the situation. His customer service and expertise was top notch. Within 24 hours, about 95% of the ants were gone. Thanks to him, we have not seen ants inside the house in the last few days.
